4. All the Days of My Life by Debbie Viguié- we are closing in on the beginning of the end of the series. Remember the Green Acres tv show ditty? “Green Acres is the place to be…” Well, not only was it the worst possible place to be, many books ago, but some bright person on the Good Shepherd staff decides it would be a good thing to revisit the campsite, taking all the church staff there for a retreat. Things can only go downhill from here!!

8. A Calculated Betrothal by Denise Weimer- the latest episode of the Scouts of the Georgia Frontier, we see what happens to the spoiled twin from the former book who unexpectedly sacrifices her future for her sister. A lot of swamps, a lot of military maneuvers, is this any place for a genteel Southern Belle?
9. What I Left for You by Liz Tolsma- this is a beautifully told, well-plotted, researched, and executed dual timeline concerning a minority non-Jewish group in WWII Poland. Also about the present day burnt-out social worker who travels to Poland looking for a relative. Do not read without Kleenex handy!
10. Investigation of a Journalist by Danielle Grandinetti- we are finally full- circle in this Harbored in Crows Nest series, having started with Adaleigh and David’s story. Now it is time for their wedding. But Buck, forever a thorn in David’s side, just may overshadow the wedding and preparations as he searches, with his former fiancé, for the truth that will set him free.
